Returns & Exchanges

All items can be returned within 14 working days (after receipt of delivery) in perfect, unused condition (accessories in original packaging) via postal shipment or directly in the store.

Subsequently, a credit for the corresponding value of the goods will be issued.

For postal shipments: Please include the delivery note and mark the returned items on it. The buyer bears the cost of the return shipment.
