Payment & Delivery

Payment methods

You can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Twint. Twint is available only for deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Any fees charged by your card issuer or bank will be billed to you separately.

Delivery

Switzerland

We ship with Planzer. Orders placed before 14:00 (Mon–Fri) are usually delivered the next working day; orders after 14:00 usually within 2 working days. Delivery is on working days (Mon–Fri); we don't deliver on weekends or public holidays.

  • Shipping CHF 9.00 – free on orders over CHF 120.00 (excl. bulky items).
  • Bulky items (Sperrgut, Switzerland and Liechtenstein only): CHF 30.50 (Economy, 3–5 working days), excluded from free shipping.

Tracking and delivery control: Once Planzer has collected your parcel, you receive an email or SMS notification and can track it in the customer portal. The recipient can manage the delivery themselves – e.g. change the delivery date or allow a safe drop-off.

Sustainability: Planzer moves around 60 % of its transport by rail rather than road, saving thousands of tonnes of CO₂ each year.

Store pickup (Zürich)

Collect your order free of charge at Lagerstrasse 74, 8004 Zürich. Orders received Mon–Sat before 16:00 are ready to collect the same day; later orders on the next opening day. Opening hours: Mon–Fri 11:00–19:00, Sat 10:00–18:00, Sun closed.

Liechtenstein

Shipped via Swiss Post:

  • Economy (3–5 working days): CHF 9.00
  • Priority (1–3 working days): CHF 10.50

Free over CHF 120.00 (Economy, excl. bulky items).

Germany and Austria

PostPac Priority, with tracking, usually 2–5 working days:

  • up to 0.46 kg: CHF 15.00
  • up to 0.96 kg: CHF 21.00
  • up to 1.96 kg: CHF 31.00
  • up to 9.75 kg: CHF 53.00

Maximum parcel weight 10 kg. Prices in CHF, converted to EUR at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are not included and are collected on delivery.
