Payment & Delivery

Payment Methods

You can pay for your order by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Twint. Twint is available for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein only.

Any fees charged by card issuers or billing providers will be invoiced to you separately.

Delivery

Switzerland

We ship with Planzer. Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Mon–Fri) are usually delivered within 1–2 business days; orders placed after 2:00 pm are shifted by one business day. Delivery takes place on business days (Mon–Fri); no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

  • Shipping costs CHF 9.00 – free from a goods value of CHF 120.00 (excl. bulky items).
  • Bulky items (oversized articles, Switzerland and Liechtenstein only): CHF 30.50 (Economy, 3–5 business days), excluded from free shipping.

Tracking & delivery management: Once Planzer has collected your parcel, you'll receive a notification by email or SMS and can track your shipment in the customer portal. The recipient can manage the delivery themselves – for example, adjust the delivery date or allow the parcel to be left in a safe place.

Sustainability: Planzer handles around 60% of its transport by rail rather than truck, saving thousands of tonnes of CO₂ every year.

In-store pick-up (Zurich)

Pick up your order free of charge at our store at Lagerstrasse 74, 8004 Zürich. Orders placed Mon–Sat before 2:00 pm are ready to collect the same day; orders placed later will be ready the next opening day. Opening hours: Mon–Fri 11:00 am–7:00 pm, Sat 10:00 am–6:00 pm, Sun closed.

Direct shipping from the manufacturer

Some items are not stocked in our store and are shipped directly by the manufacturer or supplier. Longer delivery times therefore apply: Stapelstein 3–5 business days, Drawin'Kids approx. 2 weeks, FitWood approx. 3 weeks. The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page. These items cannot be collected in store; with the exception of Stapelstein, they are excluded from free shipping.

Liechtenstein

Delivery via Swiss Post:

  • Economy (3–5 business days): CHF 9.00
  • Priority (1–3 business days): CHF 10.50

Free from CHF 120.00 (Economy, excl. bulky items).

Germany and Austria

PostPac Priority with tracking, usually 2–5 business days:

  • up to 0.46 kg: CHF 15.00
  • up to 0.96 kg: CHF 21.00
  • up to 1.96 kg: CHF 31.00
  • up to 9.75 kg: CHF 53.00

Max. parcel weight 10 kg. Prices in CHF; conversion to euros takes place at checkout. Customs and import duties are not included and will be collected upon delivery.

Other countries
