Payment & Delivery
Payment methods
You can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Twint. Twint is available only for deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Any fees charged by your card issuer or bank will be billed to you separately.
Delivery
We deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria. All parcels are sent with Swiss Post.
Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- Economy (3–5 working days): CHF 9.00 up to 2 kg, CHF 12.00 up to 10 kg
- Priority (1–3 working days): CHF 10.50 up to 2 kg, CHF 13.50 up to 10 kg
- Oversized items, Economy: CHF 30.50
Orders over CHF 150.00 ship free (Economy, excluding oversized items).
Germany and Austria
PostPac Priority, with tracking:
- up to 0.46 kg: CHF 15.00
- up to 0.96 kg: CHF 21.00
- up to 1.96 kg: CHF 31.00
- up to 9.75 kg: CHF 53.00
All shipping costs are shown in Swiss francs. If you pay in euros, Shopify converts automatically at the current exchange rate.
Customs duties and import taxes are not included. They are collected on delivery and are payable by the recipient.
There is no free shipping to Germany or Austria. Oversized items are delivered within Switzerland and Liechtenstein only. Maximum parcel weight is 10 kg.
Your order is dispatched within 1–3 working days (Priority) or 3–5 working days (Economy).
